Reviews

We support the following review platforms out of the box. If you have a different platform that is unsupported, please reach out to us. If you are using a custom review platform, you can also use our Envive Data API.

Yotpo

Spiffy uses the Yotpo API to get the latest product reviews. We need two keys for API access:

• client_id

• client_secret

You can obtain these keys by following this guide.

Bazaar Voice

Spiffy uses the Bazaarvoice API to get the latest product reviews. We need just one key for the API access:

• passkey

To obtain it use the following guide.

Stamped

Spiffy uses the Stamped API to get the latest product reviews. We need two values for API access:

• api_key (Public Key)

• store_url

You can obtain the API key from your Stamped dashboard under Settings > API & Webhooks. If needed here are further instructions. The store URL is typically your Shopify store domain (e.g., your-store.myshopify.com).

Okendo

Spiffy uses the API to get the latest product reviews. We need the following value for API access:

• okendo_user_id

You can get this information from the Okendo section in the integration settings of the Okendo app. Details.

Junip

Spiffy uses the API to get the latest product reviews. We need the following value for API access:

• Junip-Store-Key

You can obtain the Store Key by going to Settings > Store information > Store health.

Reviews.io

Spiffy uses the API to get the latest product reviews. We need the following value for API access, we need your store key (your REVIEWS.io public store key)

• store_key

You can obtain the Store Key by going to Settings > Store information > Store health.

Klaviyo

Spiffy uses the Klaviyo API to access product reviews. We need the following for API access:

• private_api_key

• *company_id*

You can find your Private API Key in your Klaviyo account under Settings > API Keys.
